How it works

1. Register

The first thing you need to do is to register. This is only to keep your data separated from other users data. You will see in the registration we don't ask for any personal information and the little that we have (email address) will not be shared with anyone, ever.

2. Add Vehicles

After registration you should log in and create at least one vehicle before you can create logbook entries.

3. Add logbook entries

The next step is to add logbook entries for the vehicles you created. If you have any historical data I will bulk load it in your profile free of charge if you can provide the data in an electronic format. If you don't have historical data then the reports will only become interesting after you have made a few logbook entries.

4. View reports

Once you have a few logbook entries you can view some report on the reports page

You can view distance traveled per month:

... fuel consumption per month:

... cost per month:

... combined reports and a few more. As development continues and requests come in more reports will be added.
